Looking for a Freehold caravan park located on a highway in a growing NSW region

Located on the Newell Highway, on the south side of town and within 5 minutes walk from towns centre, Newell Highway Caravan Park's location is an attractive feature for this Freehold opportunity. The Newell Caravan Park is made up of 22 powered sites, seven cabins, of which four have a toilet and three have showers and toilets, and ten permanent caravans with a dumping point for guests available. Parkes is experiencing a large amount of development work and population growth, making it arguably the fastest-growing region in rural NSW. The inland rail development and the development of the 45-hectare cold food distribution centre are underway. These new developments will see the delivery of meat and vegetables via rail to Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane to be sorted and distributed. Currently, the Parkes road bypass is under development, and there are plans for the future development of an abattoir on the north side of town. There is a huge demand for more accommodation in Parkes, and this site would be perfect for further development to cater to the labouring workforce of the district. Don't let an opportunity like this pass you by; please give me a call to discuss your questions.
