40Buy brief · 1985–2026For buyers · Most matches happen before listing
What you're looking for.
File a brief — asset class, structure, price band, region — and we send the listings that match. A third of what we placed last year reached a buyer through this list before the sign went up.
Most brokerages call their database a "buyer list." Ours is a matched list. Every brief is a structured record — asset class, structure, price ceiling, region, finance posture, hard nos — that brokers query when they're placing a deal, not when they're sending a newsletter.
Vague briefs sit at the bottom. Tight ones move first. The discipline below is what separates an email you ignore from a phone call you take.
Step · 01
You file the brief.
Class, structure, region, price, finance — what you can move on, what you'd rule out. It enters the same database brokers query when they're placing an asset.
Step · 02
We match against incoming.
When a listing — open or off-market — fits your brief, the placing broker is told before the campaign goes wide.
Step · 03
You get a single email.
Per match. Asset, price, broker name, direct line. No filler, no digest, no marketing.
Step · 04
You decide what's next.
Walk through, request the IM, or pass. The brief stays open until you tell us otherwise.

Chapter two · The classes we cover
Pick one. Pick all. Pick by yield.
The brief form below lets you select multiple. If you're class-agnostic and structure-driven — yield ceiling, price band, region — say so in the hard-nos field and the broker pool widens. The categories are just the starting filter.
The buyers we match first are the buyers whose criteria are tight enough to act on. Vague briefs get vague results — which is why this one starts with structure, not budget. Skip a field if you don't know yet; we'll ask on the call.

Chapter four · Briefs in flight
Briefs that found a deal.
A sample of recently-matched briefs from the last hundred days. Each one is a real shape — class, structure, region, price band, finance posture — that a buyer filed with us and that a placing broker matched on, before the campaign went wide.
If you'd rather see what's open right now — 232 listings live, filtered by class, region, structure and price — the Marketplace is one click away. The brief is for what hasn't yet been listed. The Marketplace is for what has.
